Guest Access: Guests will receive your unique door code with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. The home is accessed via smart lock. Parking: The parking area can fit 4-6 cars. It’s located off a walking path, PLEASE BE CAREFUL when pulling in or backing out, people are riding bikes and pushing strollers. Fire pit: If you would like to use the fire pit during your stay, you will need to bring your own firewood. If you would like us to provide it for you, we can do so for a fee. TV’s: There is NO cable TV. You can log into your own accounts using apps on the Smart TVs to watch movies and TV shows: Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.

Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. Please be courteous to our neighbors. Park in the designated areas No smoking, an additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected. No pets. No parties. Additional day-time guests and get-togethers must be pre-approved in advance. No glass in the pool or hot tub areas. No confetti. If you move furniture, please return them to their original location.

The home is located in one of our favorite neighborhoods of Chattanooga, St. Elmo. It's a historic, residential neighborhood that boasts a paved walking path and neighborhood park. Guests can walk to restaurants, a brewery, a coffee shop, grocery stores, and more.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and front and rear yard. There is a detached shed that is not included in the rental of this property.

Guests can park up to 6 cars in the back of the property. One car can park to the right of the front yard fence. There is a public transportation bus line that runs throughout the neighborhood. Guests can get around the neighborhood by walking, biking, or by car.
